Perambulating pups
Aramis, Nellie and Daisy Dukes of Deer Park had the best seat in the house for the Cutchogue Canine Classic, held at Castello Di Borghese Vineyard this past Saturday. Dozens of dogs competed for titles like ‘best mutt,’ ‘best lap dog’ and ‘best pet and people look-alike.’ The third annual day-long event – a fundraiser for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind/America’s Vet Dogs, North Fork Animal Welfare League, Kent Animal Shelter and SAVES Inc. – drew about 1,200 people and nearly 400 dogs, said coordinator Lynn Tonnessen.    Click for slide show  Click for video
