Justice Court

Brendon Kalinowski, 33, of Bay Shore, pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to a charge of driving while intoxicated. Judge Rudolph Bruer revoked Mr. Kalinowski’s driver’s license for six months, placed him on probation for three years and fined him $900. The court dealt with 80 cases Friday.

* Philip Wells, 25, of Mattituck pleaded guilty to a DWI charge. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and he was fined $900.

* Melissa Bondarchuk, 29, of Greenport was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge, reduced from an original charge of third-degree assault.

* Robert Young, 22, of Aquebogue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from an original charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution.

* Jessica Rutter, 22, of Mastic was fined $215 after she pleaded guilty to driving without a license, reduced from an original charge of aggravated unlicensed driving. She also paid $255 in fines for three speeding charges.
