* Deborah Orlowski has joined the Mattituck branch of Bridgehampton National Bank as assistant vice president and branch manager. She is a Riverhead High School graduate and a resident of Mattituck.

* Joseph Vergari has joined Raphael Vineyard and Winery as general manager. He will focus on the organization and expansion of business at the vineyard and among wholesale markets, according to a press release.

* The business-to-business ‘Eggs and Issues’ breakfast, hosted by the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce, will be held at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, at Polish Hall in Riverhead. Steve Levy will discuss the state of Suffolk County’s economy.

* Suffolk Bancorp, the parent company of Suffolk County National Bank, has announced a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share for shareholders of record on Sept. 15, payable on Oct. 1.
