Southold Town transfer station will be closed for November holidays

The Southold Town waste transfer and recycling center will be closed for several holidays in November.
No refuse will be accepted on:
•Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 2.
•Veterans Day, Thursday Nov. 11.
•From noon on Wed. Nov. 24 through Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25.
The center will reopen at 7 a.m. each day following the closures.
