  • Don’t muddy this issue by bringing up Mr. Dickerson’s military service – which warrants him no special consideration. Significantly, Mr. Dickerson fought for freedoms, and in this case, freedoms that include upholding of the law.

    Mr. Testa’s property has a pool whose permit was issued conditionally upon him preserving the deeded right of access. Let’s pull the pool permit and fill in the pool with dirt while the town decides if blocking the right of access is legal or not. Clearly he is in violation of the pool permit, so yank it.
