Southold Town court report

Gregory Terrell Lee, 41, of Riverhead pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to charges of false impersonation and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Judge Rudolph Bruer sentenced Mr. Lee to 90 days at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility on the false impersonation charge and 15 days to run concurrently on the charge of operating a vehicle without a license. Mr. Lee was fined $205.

• Charges against two defendants were dismissed because each was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury and will appear at a future date in criminal court in Riverhead. Aura Fuentes, 23, of Southold had been charged with hindering prosecution. Jose Fuentesochoa, 22, of Southold was charged with second-degree facilitation of a crime.

The court dealt with 48 cases Friday.
