Georgia Carde Van Lengen

Georgia Mary (Burt) Carde Van Lengen died March 9 in Syracuse, N.Y., at the age of 52.

She was born in Greenport Sept. 21, 1958, to Joyce (Broere) and Austin Burt, and graduated from Greenport High School in 1976.

Predeceased by her former husbands, William Carde and Nick Van Lengen, she is survived by her brothers, Steven Burt of Norwich, Conn., and Norman Burt of Shelter Island; and her sisters, Nancy Goss of Mattituck and Jerri White of Greenport.

Funeral arrangements in the Syracuse area were incomplete at presstime. Cremation will be private.
