Wedding: Johnson – Olsen

Former New Suffolk residents Mark and Bonnie Terry of Lewisville, N.C., have announced the marriage of their son, Daniel Olsen, to Caryn Johnson of Bedford, Va. The wedding and reception took place July 30 in Virginia Beach, Va.

Mr. Olsen grew up in New Suffolk and graduated from Southold High School in 1999. He earned a degree in mortuary science from John Tyler Community College and recently obtained his funeral director’s license. He is employed at Bennett Funeral Homes in Mechanicsville, Va.

The bride graduated from Tunstall High School in Danville, Va., and is pursuing a degree in dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University.

The couple resides in Mechanicsville.
