Business Beat: Suffolk Bancorp names new CFO

• Suffolk Bancorp has announced the appointment of Brian K. Finneran as executive vice president and chief financial officer of both Suffolk Bancorp and its subsidiary, Suffolk County National Bank. Mr. Finneran had served as executive vice president and CFO of State Bancorp since 1997 and as senior vice president and comptroller from 1990 to 1997.
