Cops: ‘Intoxicated’ Greenport man smashed in car window
A “highly intoxicated” Greenport man smashed the rear window of a woman’s car on Main Street Sunday night, Southold Town Police said.
Eric Heiman, 44, resisted arrest at his home after police received a call that he smashed in the window of Angel Cordes’ vehicle around 9 p.m., police said.
He was eventually taken to police headquarters and held overnight for a Monday morning arraignment, where he faces charges of criminal mischief and resisting arrest, police said.
