Cammy draws a crowd to Southold High School

KATHARINE SCHROEDER PHOTO | Cammy Koke leads the crowd in a zumba session Friday night at Southold High School.

There was an overwhelming show of support for Cammy Koke — a young girl suffering from Cystic Fibrosis — Friday night as hundreds of people packed the gym at Southold High School for the second annual Cure for Cammy fundraiser.

For a $10 donation, supporters enjoyed carnival games, face painting and a chinese auction that included dozens of prizes donated by local businesses.

Performer Jim Jester entertained the children with magic and juggling and local zumba instructor Jill Schroeder led a gym full of enthusiastic participants in a high energy exercise routine.
