Cops: Man arrested for trespassing in Nassau Point

A man was arrested Sunday morning after refusing to leave a residential area at Nassau Point in Cutchgoue, according to Southold Town police.

David Colon refused to leave the premises at a home located on Broadwaters Road shortly before 10 a.m., officials said.

Mr. Colon was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, police said. He was processed and is being held for arraignment, officials said.
