Award-winning food writers lead discussion at Bedell today

North Fork wine and food lovers are in for a treat, as a pair of award-winning authors will discuss their book about wine in Cutchogue Sunday afternoon.

The free event will be held at Bedell Cellars at 2 p.m. and will feature Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg, writers of “The Food Lover’s Guide to Wine.” The New York City-based husband and wife team will talk about their book and will answer questions from curious wine aficionados.

Ms. Page and Mr. Dornenburg’s previous work has won numerous accolades, from the James Beard Award for best newspaper food section during their tenure as columnists for the Washington Post, and had previous books featured in Forbes and on “Good Morning America” and “Today.”

A book signing will be held after the lecture. Guests will be given complementary tasting glasses of Bedell’s wines as part of the event.
