Developments in Cutchogue up for Planning Board review today

Southold’s Planning Board holds chock-full back-to-back meetings this afternoon.

The work session, which begins at 4 p.m., will include discussion of a proposal to open a 1,244-square-foot convenience store in an existing building on the northeast corner of Cox Lane and Route 25 in Cutchogue, and a proposed shopping complex on Pike Street in Mattituck.

A plan to build a 8,635-square-foot winery on a 31-acre farm at the intersection of Bridge Lane and Oregon Road in Cutchogue is also up for discussion.

Two greenhouses proposed to be built by the Peconic Land Trust at the Charnew Farm on Youngs Ave. in Southold will be up for a vote at the 6 p.m. regular meeting. Agendas for both meetings are available below.
