Video: A new twist to the stationary bike at Southold studio

GIANNA VOLPE PHOTO | Chris Czartosieski at his new personal fitness studio called BodySmart in Southold.
Southold natives Chris and Amanda Czartosieski have opened a new personal fitness studio on Main Street in the heart of downtown Southold called BodySmart, where they regularly hold classes and personal training sessions.
Watch below to see owner Chris Czartosieski demonstrate three TRX exercises and utilize one of the several non-stationary bicycles available at the studio.
Unlike stationary bikes, these specialized fitness tools allow the rider to lean into the bicycles for a more realistic riding simulation.
The non-stationary bicycles are the only ones of their kind on the North Fork.
