The Mattituck baseball team’s Class B playoff game against Southampton has been pushed back to Tuesday due to poor weather this morning.

The Class B county final game will be 4 p.m.

Southampton can clinch the championship with a win. The Tuckers, who lost once in the double elimination tournament, need to beat Southampton twice.

The Tuckers have bounced back from a first-round loss to Center Moriches to win twice and extend their season. They defeated Center Moriches in a rematch Wednesday, 11-7.

The Tuckers played Southampton in a three-game series to close out the regular season and were swept.
