Sports Briefs: Registration open for soccer program, volleyball tournament

BEACH VOLLEYBALL: Peconic Bay tournament Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Employee Activities Committee will host a beach volleyball tournament on Sept. 7 to benefit heart health. Registration will start at 8 a.m. on the day of the tournament. Tournament play will start at 9 a.m. at Tiana Beach in Hampton Bays. Teams will consist of four to six players.
