Catherine Theresa Kraw

Former Greenport resident Catherine Theresa Kraw of Port St. Lucie, Fla., died Aug. 2 at St. Lucie Medical Center. She was 85 years old.

Ms. Kraw was born March 18, 1928, in Greenport to Bridget (McVeigh) and Paul Cisterino and lived in the village until moving to Port St. Lucie in 2010. She worked as a telephone operator and was a member of St. Agnes R.C. Church in Greenport and Holy Family Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie.

Ms. Kraw was predeceased by her husband, William; her son Michael; her sister, Virginia Iacono; and her brothers, Buddy and Edward Cisterino. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Lisansky of Port St. Lucie; her son William of Greenport; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated in the near future at Holy Family Catholic Church.
