Six months, two traffic-related arrests for East Marion man
Police arrested a 47-year-old East Marion man for the second time in six months on Thursday, this time for driving with a suspended license, authorities said.
Michael Zervos was stopped by police for “obstructed view” about 12:15 p.m. on County Road 48 in Cutchogue, where he was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was arrested, Southold Town police said.
Mr. Zervos was also arrested in March on DWI and other charges after allegedly leading police on a chase from Greenport to East Marion.
He was found in his car behind an occupied home, police said at the time.
The outcome of that case was not immediately available.
