North Fork schools all closed Wednesday

Updates on school closings, early dismissals and school event cancellations and postponements:

As of 6:20 p.m. Tuesday:

• Oysterponds Elementary School District will be closed Wednesday.

• Southold School District will be closed Wednesday.

• Mattituck-Cutchogue School District will be closed Wednesday.

• Greenport School District will be closed Wednesday.

• New Suffolk Common School District will be closed Wednesday.

• McGann-Mercy High School in Riverhead will be closed Wednesday.

• Southold Town Hall closed at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

• The Greenport School District has cancelled all afternoon activities for Tuesday.

• Southold High School had a 90-minute early dismissal Tuesday.

• All after-school activities at Mattituck-Cutchogue School District have been canceled Tuesday.

• Floyd Memorial Library in Greenport closed at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The library hopes to reopen by noon Wednesday if it’s safe.

• Cutchogue-New Suffolk Free Library is closed Tuesday.

• Oysterponds School District postponed its Board of Education meeting until 7:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
