During February, you can be “one in a million” by pledging to take up a challenge to make heart-healthy choices. Start with the ABC’S: Ask your doctor if you should have an Aspirin every day and have your Blood pressure and Cholesterol checked and if you smoke, Stop. The Cutchogue Fire Department Chiefs’ annual Steak Night fundraiser will be Saturday, March 8. The cost is $30, which includes dinner and dessert plus local wine and beer. Tickets are available at the firehouse.
Cutchogue’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set for Saturday, March 15, from 2 to 6 p.m. For more information visit northforkchamberofcommerce.org.
True Light Church, located on Main Road in Cutchogue, is hosting a video Bible study series at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting this month. “Not a Fan: Becoming a Completely Committed Follower of Jesus” will run for about eight weeks. Call 734-8614 for details.
