Southold firefighters set steak night for Saturday
The Southold Fire Department will hold its annual Steak Night dinner Saturday.
Dinner will consist of a “delicious marinated shell steak,” salad, rolls, baked potatoes and vegetables, and dessert, fire officials said. Coffee, tea, beer and local wines will also be served.
Tickets for the fundraiser are available for $30 at department headquarters on Route 25, at Polywoda’s Beverage in Southold, or through any Southold Fire Department member, fire officials said. Tickets will also be sold at the door unless they sell out during the week.
