The Cutchogue Fire Department held its 58th annual chicken barbecue on Saturday.

Throughout the day, the entire downtown area of Cutchogue was filled with the aroma of barbecued chicken.

Organizers sold over 3,000 chicken halves and thousands of ears of corn, they said.
