Cops: Woman caught driving drunk in Greenport

An Oceanside woman was arrested for driving drunk in Greenport Sunday night, according to a Southold Town police press release. 

Ashley Morin, 27, was pulled over on South Street for turning without signaling about 8:13 p.m., police said. During the traffic stop, an officer determined that Ms. Morin was intoxicated and arrested her at the scene.

She was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation for failing to signal, according to a police report.
