Cops: Woman stole empty beer kegs

A 26-year-old Cutchogue woman was arrested for allegedly stealing five empty beer kegs Friday afternoon from Founder’s Tavern in Southold, according to a Southold police report. 

Amy C. Novak was transported to police headquarters and released on $500 bail, police said. She was charged with larceny, a violation.
