A 54-year-old Greenport man was driving drunk with his 11-month-old daughter in his car when he was arrested in Laurel Wednesday evening, Southold Town police said.
Police were investigating a report of an “erratic driver” on Main Road about 5:30 p.m. when they pulled over Julio Vasquez, according to a police report. Police said the man was intoxicated and was driving with his infant daughter as a passenger.
Mr. Vasquez was arrested and charged with felony DWI, according to a police report. He was held at police headquarters for arraignment.
