Police: Man entered home, again, without permission

Southold Town Police arrested a Greenport man after he allegedly entered the home of a Mattituck man without permission on Saturday.

Esteban Rodriguez, 25, reportedly entered the Deep Hole Drive home at around 1:05 a.m., which he had allegedly been told on previous occasions that he wasn’t allowed to enter.

He was arrested, transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held for arraignment, officials said.

Mr. Rodriquez was charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.
