• A woman in her 20s stole several cans of beer from a Mattituck convenience store last Sunday, police said.

The woman reportedly walked into 7-Eleven around 10:39 a.m. and placed cans of Bud Light and Pabst Blue Ribbon into a large black bag. The woman then bought a pack of cigarettes and left the store without paying for the beers, which police said were worth $14 in total.

• A tree was stolen outside a Mattituck house last week, police said.

The tree, valued at $75, went missing from the Breakwater Road property sometime before last Wednesday, the owner told police. The incident has been categorized as a larceny.

• About $400 worth of deer fencing was taken from Raphael Vineyard in Peconic, an employee told police last Thursday.

According to a police report, the fence was being rolled out for the season when the employee noticed parts of it were missing. The missing part totals about 150 feet, police said.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
