One minute on the North Fork: Orient-East Marion Causeway

The Orient-East Marion Causeway is the only thing connecting Orient to the rest of the North Fork.

This narrow strip of land provides unparalleled views. Look to the south and you will see Long Beach Bar “Bug Light” Lighthouse and Shelter Island. Look to the north for a glimpse of Long Island Sound and Connecticut.

We recommend making the drive at dusk.
