Theresa E. Orlowski of Cutchogue died Oct. 24 at Peconic Bay Medical Center Skilled Nursing Facility in Riverhead. She was 84.
The daughter of John and Frances Buzyn, she was born Oct. 12, 1933, in Brooklyn.
Ms. Orlowski worked as a legal secretary for family court judge Justice Joseph Snellenberg.
Family members said she enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, computer games and visiting the Connecticut casinos.
Ms. Orlowski was predeceased by her husbands, Chester Jablonski in 1964 and Albert Orlowski in 2007, and is survived by her sons, Michael (Alice) of Portugal, Carl (Andrea) of New Jersey and Paul (Candy), of Holtsville; grandchildren, Emma, Adam and Mark; and her brother, Frank Buzyn of California.
The family received visitors Oct. 29 at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home in Cutchogue. A funeral service took place Oct. 30 at Our Lady of Ostrabrama R.C. Church in Cutchogue. Interment followed at Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale.
