Todd C. Dawson

Todd C. Dawson of Southold died July 7 at the age of 42.

He was born July 30, 1969, in Greenport to Michael Dawson and Lynne Carlson.

He owned Phoenix Plumbing and Heating in Southold. Family members said he enjoyed scuba diving in Belize and Bimini, boating, traveling, white-water canoeing and sky diving. He also loved to go camping and canoeing in Massachusetts, they said.

Mr. Dawson is survived by his wife, Dawn (née Crohan); his children, Kelsea Cassone, Liam Simmons and Quinn Simmons; his brother, Kevin, of Florida; his mother, of Greenport; and his father, of Florida.

Visiting hours will take place Thursday, July 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home in Cutchogue, where a service will take place at 7:30 p.m. Cremation will be private.
