The Mattituck Chamber of Commerce held its 37th annual street fair on Love Lane Saturday. The event featured vendors, live music, face painting, food and refreshments, as well as the crowning of Little Miss and Little Mr. Mattituck. (more…)

On Saturday, Mattituck High School’s centennial class celebrated its commencement in the high school gym. Alumni representing many decades, from the 1930s to the present, attended and a display showing photos of classes from the past 100 years graced the gym entryway. (more…)

The North Fork/Southold Little League hosted a closing ceremony and parade in Peconic Saturday morning. After struggling with bad weather for the traditional opening day ceremony and parade the past few years, organizers move the event to honor the closing of the season instead.  (more…)
