* Islandia Pools of Riverhead has announced that employee Michael Cunningham “has passed the APSP CSP Certified Service Professional Exam,” according to a press release.

* The Riverhead Chamber of Commerce is looking for businesses to participate in ‘Let’s Make a Deal,’ a collaborative marketing event to be held Wednesday, May 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Suffolk County Community College Culinary Arts building on East Main Street. Businesses in all categories — agriculture, retail, recreation, services, professional, food and wine, media, accommodations, cultural arts — are invited to join in.
