WELCOME to The Suffolk Times’ new website!

More than a makeover, this website is redesigned to bring you more stories, photos, interaction … more North Fork.
Here are some tips for finding your way around the new site:
 –  The regular features you look for in the Times – obituaries, the police blotter,  letters and more – can be selected through the blue “News” tab at the top.
 –  For the latest news of the week, including briefs on events occurring after this week’s Times went to press, check the “Latest News” box, in the upper right.
 –  All the week’s sports stories can be viewed by selecting “Sports News” under the blue “Sports” tab above. Check the bottom of the home page for this week’s featured sports story and access sports info at SuffolkSports.com.
     –  The site gives you easy access to the week’s legal notices, listed in the “News” tab above.
  –  You can post a comment on any story or become part of the website by uploading your own North Fork photos and videos. To do so, create a free user account by clicking on the “Login” icon at the top of the homepage.
  –  Start an online discussion on the “Message Board” under the “Connect” tab above.
  –  It’s easy to submit a letter to the editor through the website. Choose “Write the Editor” at the bottom of the homepage or under the “Connect” tab.
  –  A listing of the current week’s events is found under the “Calendar” tab; from the “Calendar Events” page, choose the blue “Calendar Search” button. Click on any event for details.
     –  To read our digital edition, a PDF of this week’s Suffolk Times, select “Digital Edition” under the “News” tab.
As this new website evolves, there will be bumps along the way. Let us know about any problems or suggestions you have by shooting us an email (select “Contact us”).
No matter where in the world you are, you can connect with the North Fork and enjoy all of the stories and photos in this week’s Suffolk Times.
