A 21-year-old Southold man accused of several sexual offenses left Southold Justice Court Friday with a fine for disorderly conduct. Charges of third-degree rape, third-degree commission of a criminal sex act and sexual misconduct against Jorge Perez-Illescas were dismissed. A charge of endangering the welfare of a child was reduced to disorderly conduct and Mr. Perez-Illescas was fined $375 by Judge William Price Jr.

Despite calls and e-mails to the court, Southold Police, Suffolk County Police and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, no details of the case could be obtained.

* Brian Urban, 41, of Ronkonkoma pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and Judge Price revoked his driver’s license for six months, placed him on probation and fined him $1,150.

The court dealt with 58 cases on Friday.
