Brian Shedrick, 24, of Patchogue pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to charges of bail jumping, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Judge William Price Jr. sentenced Mr. Shedrick to 180 days at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility on the bail jumping charge, with sentences of 80 days on the charge of resisting arrest and 30 days on the charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All sentences will run concurrently. Mr. Shedrick was fined a total of $700.

* Frederick Grace, 21, of Greenport was sentenced to two jail terms of 90 days each, to run concurrently, after he pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and aggravated harassment. He was fined $410.

* Herman Milton, 27, of Greenport, pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $205.

* Anthony Saccone, 67, of Greenport pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was placed on probation for three years and ordered to enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was revoked for six months and he was fined $1,400.

* Tracy Nietupski, 45, of Mattituck completed 57 hours of community service and Judge Price reduced original charges of second- and third-degree assault to disorderly conduct, and fined Ms. Nietupski $225.

* Karylynn Longley, 45, of Mattituck pleaded guilty to a DWI charge and was ordered to continue treatment in the Quannacut substance abuse program and to participate in the Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities program. Judge Price revoked Ms. Longley’s license for six months and fined her $1,200.

* Judge Price issued warrants for Frank Clemente, 34, of Mastic, who failed to show up in court to answer a charge of third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle; and Luis Jiminez, 25, of Greenport, accused of disorderly conduct.
