Theodore Sakowicz, 58, of Peconic pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to aggravated driving while intoxicated. Judge Rudolph Bruer revoked his license for one year, requiring that he return to the court to obtain permission to reapply for a license. He also placed Mr. Sakowicz on three years’ probation and fined him $1,400. Mr. Sakowicz was ordered to complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

* Connie Francis, 50, of Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWI and was ordered to enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Judge Bruer revoked her license for six months and fined her $900.

* Michael Zombeck, 22, of New Orleans pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from a DWI charge. Judge Bruer suspended his license for 90 days, ordered him to enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program and fined him $660.

* Frank Sponza, 47, of Greenport was granted an adjournment for six months in contemplation of dismissing a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
