Kevin McKeon, 24, of Center Moriches pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to a charge of driving while intoxicated, reduced from an original charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Judge Rudolph Bruer revoked Mr. McKeon’s license for six months and placed him on probation for three years, requiring that he complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He was fined $1,000.

* Justin Wadelton, 22, of Mattituck pleaded guilty to DWI and had his license revoked for six months. He was fined $1,000.

* Kathryn Hair, 35, of New York City was ordered to complete 14 hours of community service on a second-degree aggravated harassment charge. Once she completes the community service, Judge Bruer said he will consider granting an adjournment in contemplation of dismissing the charge.

* Amanda Topping, 20, of Greenport was ordered to complete 14 hours of community service after being charged with making graffiti. Once she completes the community service and makes restitution for the unidentified property where the graffiti appeared, she could receive an adjournment in contemplation of dismissing the charge.

Judge Bruer dealt with 40 cases on Friday.
