Justice Court

Three people pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and are being required to have interlock devices installed on their vehicles, preventing them from driving if they have a blood alcohol level of .025 or higher.

Bonnie Krueger, 62, of Orient, Harold Lee Bolling, 21, of Mattituck, and Tor Tonnesen, 33, of Brooklyn each had their licenses revoked for six months and were placed on probation for three years. Judge William Price Jr. ordered Ms. Krueger to enter an alcohol abuse rehabilitation program. He fined each driver $1,000.

* Bruce Land, 39, of Greenport pleaded guilty to a DWI charge and he is also required to have an interlock device installed on his vehicle. Judge Price revoked Mr. Land’s license and placed him on probation for three years and ordered him to enter an alcohol abuse rehabilitation program. He was fined $1,000.

* Charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment brought against John Jepson, 46, of Laurel were dismissed in Justice Court after Mr. Jepson was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury. He will face charges in Riverhead Criminal Court at a later date.

* Guy Mitchell Serbes, 49, of Southold pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, one count of criminal contempt, two counts of second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree and third-degree assault. Judge Price placed him on probation for three years, fined him $410 and issued an order of protection, keeping Mr. Serbes away from the victim for five years.

* Brian Hoey, 36, of Staten Island was sentenced to time served after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $125.

* Charles Thomas Cook, 29, of Southold was granted an adjournment for six months in contemplation of dismissing a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
