The walls of Mattituck High School’s auditorium were rocking on Saturday night as students presented the 76th annual Variety Show, proving once again that the North Fork has talent – and lots of it. Patrick Hanly kicked off the evening on a comedic note with a spot-on rendition of Creed’s ‘Six Feet From the Edge,’ which he performed in full-out rocker style.
Hanly’s act was followed by a wide variety of music and dance, including original compositions, popular songs and a melody played on an ancient Greek stringed instrument called a bouzouki. Seniors finished up the evening with a high-energy song and dance routine from ‘Grease.’
