Paul Farragura, 59, of Port Washington pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to aggravated driving while intoxicated. Judge Rudolph Bruer ordered Mr. Farragura to enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program and revoked his license for one year. He was ordered to install an interlock device on his vehicle and fined $1,400.
• Jason Parker, 21, of Northport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from an original charge of second-degree aggravated harassment. He was fined $225.
The court dealt with 70 cases.
