Justice Court: Greenport man pleads guilty of DWI

Marvin Montenegro, 33, of Greenport pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 30 days at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility, the time to run concurrent with a sentence handed down on an undisclosed charge in Suffolk County Court. Judge Rudolph Bruer revoked Mr. Montenegro’s license for six months.

• T.W. Wojciechowski, 55, of Southold, who had been charged with DWI, was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury and will face court in Riverhead at a later date.

• Regino Cholula, 56, of Greenport pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and was granted a conditional discharge and ordered to enter the Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities program. He was fined $900 and instructed to have an interlock device installed on his vehicle.

• Christopher Mackie, 24, of Bay Shore pleaded guilty to DWI and was granted a conditional discharge requiring him to enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Judge Bruer revoked Mr. Mackie’s license for one year and fined him $1,000.

• Rene Alvarado, 26, of Mattituck pleaded guilty to DWI and was ordered to enter a substance abuse treatment program. Judge Bruer revoked Mr. Alvarado’s license for six months and fined him $1,000.

• John Jepson, 47, of Laurel, charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury and will face court in Riverhead at a later date.

• Ryan Lademann, 26, of Cutchogue, who had been charged with petit larceny, was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury and will face court in Riverhead at a later date.

• Judge Bruer issued a warrant for the arrest of Lidia Argon-Hernandez, 25, of Greenport, who failed to appear in court to answer to a petit larceny charge.

• Antonio Jimenez, 21, of Peconic pleaded guilty to unlicensed driving, reduced from aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was fined $485.

• Jose Chamale, 32, of Mattituck pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license, reduced from third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was fined $335.

• Kendra Allen, 34, of Riverhead pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation of a vehicle and was fined $285.
