Southold Town court report

Judge Rudolph Bruer issued bench warrants in Southold Justice Court Friday for the arrests of two drivers who failed to appear to answer charges pending against them. Adolfo Hernandez, 33, of Greenport faces charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing. Gerber Montenegro-Perez, 25, of Greenport is charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Carol Richner, 66, of Garden City pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from DWI. She was ordered to complete 80 hours of community service, fined $560 and her license was suspended for 90 days.
The court dealt with a total of 52 cases Friday.
