Southold Town court report

William Taggart Jr., 60, of Southold, pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Judge Rudolph Bruer revoked Mr. Taggart’s license for one year, placed him on probation for three years and fined him $1,400. He was ordered to install an interlock device on his vehicle.

• Charges of second-degree criminal impersonation and unlicensed driving against Anton Miles, 28, of Boston, Mass., were dismissed after he was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury. His case will be heard in Riverhead Criminal Court.

• Hector Jimenez, 47, of Cutchogue was granted an adjournment for six months in contemplation of dismissing a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The court dealt with 52 cases Friday.
