  • I think it would be good for the community and genarate jobs & money and would not cause any more traffic then the crossroads did when they were open….looking forward to grand opening.

  • I’d like to see a nice dog grooming studio and a small stained glass shoppe (sic). We DON’T need anymore banks, pharmacies or food stores!

  • Mr. Mandia,

I agree, as the same person who claims “…to follow up with a very professional response.” Claims that she is does not take no for an answer and is ALWAYS right.

Vote for Michael Arnold and Brian Neyland if you want to get very professional response from the BOE trustee in the Miller Place School District

  • WOW, 3 comments, 2 cheerleaders, probably the same person. Vote for this one or that one while not being specific as to why. I’m sorry but I’m very suspicious when two people run as a “team”…Thinking is that either one can’t get elected on their own merits.
Who care about being “professional” when it comes to the kids! I’d rather have an “in your face” approach when it comes to helping the community rather than someone who is just running as a “professional”.
Sorry, Schuchmann and Leen and O’brien have my vote!
All have PROVEN history in this district.
I’ve voted for “hope and change” before and will not repeat that same mistake again.

  • It is ever never acceptable to be unprofessional while engaging in public service. The end can never justify the means when the means include bullying members of the community. Maria is not modeling the behaviour we wish our children to display. How is that being “for the kids”?

Both Ghandi and Stalin achieved results. Whom do you celebrate?

  • Fast reply Scott! 🙂 So with your verbage being unprofessional equates to being a bully? I would say that the proof on your attack website actually shows you as being the bully and Mrs. Schuchmann as defending herself and her volunteers. See, I want someone that wont rollover when approached by bullies. I don’t know Mrs. Schuchmann other than her fund raising efforts in the community. She is proven her loyalty and commitment to the district. She volunteers (doesn’t get paid) and that says a lot about her character.
Please remember, what may be unprofessional to you may be an asset to others.
I’ll vote with the proven, not the hopefuls.
Sorry Mr. Mandia, its not that I don’t like the others, In fact, I have great respect for them and what they’ve done and continue to do. I just don’t think they are what the district needs.

    ps…I don’t celebrate Ghandi or Stalin 🙂

    Good luck to all!!
