Donors need to be between the ages of 16 and 76 and 16-year-olds must have parental permission. You can’t have had a tattoo within 12 months of giving blood. On Monday, March 21, at 2 p.m. ELIH physical therapist Nancy Williams will discuss staying active and orthopedic specialist Dr. Fred Carter will discuss protecting your bones by preventing injuries and managing osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
