Engagement: Soto – Kelly

Mary Anne and Ralph Soto of Southold announce the engagement of their daughter Jenna to James Kelly, son of Carol and James Kelly of Londonderry, N.H.

Jenna received a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Plymouth (N.H.) State University. She works as a graphic designer in Derry, N.H.

James, a graduate of Plymouth State University, received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and works for BAE Systems in Merrimack, N.H., in industrial emergency management.

The couple resides in Manchester, N.H. and plan a September 2011 wedding.
