Daria Lynn Webb

Daria Lynn (Bondarchuck) Webb died April 7 at her home in Shirley, after battling cancer. She was 54.

She was born and raised in Orient Point, a place she loved dearly, according to her family. She lived for some years in East Hampton, where she worked part-time in collections and as a delivery assistant at The Independent newspaper.

Ms. Webb spent a great deal of time in Pennsylvania with her family and friends, where she was renovating an old house with her fiancé, Eric Supinsky. Family members said she loved gardening, hiking, camping and sewing and was skilled at many aspects of home remodeling.

In addition to her fiancé, Ms. Webb is survived by four children, Doug, who is serving in the military in Afghanistan, Dale, Daria and Jessica; her brothers, Keith and Warren; her sister, Alyce Veristek; and her parents.

Cremation was private, with arrangements in the care of McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home of Riverhead.
