Police: Body of missing Southold woman found

The body of a Southold woman reported missing Thursday afternoon was found along the shore of Richmond Creek in Peconic on Friday evening, said Southold Town Police.

Citing an ongoing investigation that includes the Suffolk County medical examiner’s office, police are not releasing the woman’s name and no additional details were available.MM
