Slide Show: 3rd annual New Suffolk Chowder Fest

The third annual New Suffolk Chowder Fest was held Saturday afternoon at the dock in New Suffolk. Hundreds of people turned out for the event which offered live music from local band ‘The Edge,’ food, beer and of course, clam chowder. The Cutchogue Fire Department was on hand to demonstrate some of their equipment for both kids and adults, and the old Galley Ho restaurant was open for people to tour.

All proceeds benefited the New Suffolk Waterfront Fund, a non-profit that seeks to purchase waterfront land to benefit the community.
